About this place
Great place to shoot a movie about a man who likes stairs. Climb them anyway — from the top terrace the Parkway runs straight back to City Hall, and you can take in the entire inner solar system in a single glance, all four planets inside those first two blocks. Saturn's rings would span about sixteen inches at this scale, roughly the width of the step you are standing on.
